    Expensive, no room for luggage, uncomfortable bed
    Only the location. It was good, couple steps away from the train station. Very close to petit France.
    The double bed was made up of two single beds pushed together, very uncomfortable as you would sink in the middle. The sheets were too small for one of the beds. The window opens only slightly and I got room 309 which means my window faces the restaurant downstairs. I left the window open too long and the room stank of horrible kitchen smells like kitchen grease and cooking smells. The window is 100% frosted so I couldnt see anything out the window, it felt claustrophobic at times. The bathroom was huge, unnecessary huge as I didnt have a table or a counter to open my suitcase; I had to open it and put it on the floor. To close the shower door, youd have to squeeze yourself into the corner and risk shocking yourself with touching the cold wall. It was expensive as well, probably due to the Christmas markets but yeah not good value for money during this period of time.

    The cleaner did not replace teas, water and left cups dirty. I mentioned tea bags replacement in reception, no luck. English Chanels- x3 all the news

    overall pretty satisfied with everything
    overall cleanliness, comfort of the hotel, location of the hotel which is walkable to almost everywhere in Strassbourg attractions and restaurants.
    Breakfast can be better, it was very simple, just breads, jam, ham, cheese, etc. but I am used to hot breakfast options in the US so maybe I am biased. =)

    Perfect location, cozy room
    It is located right opposite the train station, a 2-minute walk away. Despite its small size, the hotel is clean and cozy. There is not much space in the room, but the bathroom is surprisingly large. Nighttime, the main entrance is locked and you have to bell the door. This makes me feel safe.
    The only disappointment for me is breakfast with a very limited choice, and the cafe isn't very good either. The windows cannot be opened like at home, and the glass is covered with a white matte film, so you can't see outside at all.

    Convenient hotel near the train station
    We travelled to and from Strasbourg via train. This location is perfect! There is a whole row of hotels near the train which is ideal if you have an early start or want to do a day trip to Colmar. While its close to the train its still an easy 10 - 15 minute walking distance into old town. Le Petite France is also very close. Clean and modern hotel which has been recently renovated. Comfortable size room and bathroom. Enrique was excellent and helped with restaurant recommendations. We were also gifted local cookies which was a nice touch!
    We would have liked the tea / coffee stocked up in the room. Milk would also have been an added bonus. The hotel is modern so does not have the cute warm Christmassy charm but it does mean it has nice modern bathrooms!

    A step above a normal train station hotel
    Hotel is lovely. Right in front of the train station, but not being a simple train station hotel. It is big and had charm. It is also very close the city center, within walking distance. This was indeed a great option!
    The wi-fi access needs to trigger a login page in the computer in order to work, which never happened. Too bad. I had to use wi-fi on the mobile phone only.
