Food quality for breakfast is really average or maybe even under average. There were so many people we could not find a seat for breakfast and also sometimes could not even find glasses for a drink.
The room is extremely small compared to other luxury hotels.
The quality of dinner (Buffet style) is questionable compared to the price of 30 per person which is unacceptable. However, the view from the restaurant on the 7th floor is very good indeed.
The menu in the restaurant is minimal with few main dishes, and the quality of the burgers we ordered, tortillas, and sandwiches are so so not so good but expensive.
The hotel also took additional money from my credit card without reason (hours after leaving the hotel) which is unacceptable and I will maybe reach out to my lawyers for a talk on this topic. On checkout when we paid for extra services they asked if we used anything from the mini bar yesterday and today (the day of checkout). We said we didn't and we certainly did not, but they still took the amount from the card without any notice, question, or explanation until we asked. Not about money, just very unprofessional.
Wifi is very slow and unstable, in some periods of the day it was not usable at all.
Spa Center Massage is ok, not worth the money but compared to other hotels good and good atmosphere. The spa center jacuzzi is small and not special, the jacuzzi is not so hot and there is one small sauna. The pool is great and the view is great.
Overall hotel has with great view and a great design with many flows, probably worth a short but certainly not very luxurious and not worth the money. It is overhyped and I would not recommend it to anyone really, especially in that region.
