    A very special atmosphere. A perfect place to relax. Also the owner was very friendly and very helpful to any kind of questions you may have.

    I wanted to have a hotel near the mountains, and this was an excellent choice. The price of the hotel room was reasonable, in contrast to other places, and I appreciated that I was given the most spacious room and the only one with a balcony. The owner's wife, an Italian lady, was extremely helpful. At my arrival, she spent more than an hour with me to give me advice about my trips to the National Park and across the island. I loved how close the hotel is to Villaflor and Teide. Finally, the hotel has an excellent, though pricey, gourmet restaurant - ecologically responsible and fine local food.

    The hotel is situated at the bottom of San Miguel, and if you want to go to the city centre, about 400m away, it is a steep climb. No problem for me, but take this into account, if you have mobility problems. Also though I had the best room, it was next to the main street to the mountains. Relatively quiet between 11pm and 7am, but otherwise much traffic noise. Finally, the only thing in the hotel's powers: do fix a shower gel/shampoo dispenser in the bathrooms. It does not cost much, but the current sachets and small soap are insufficient.

    Perfect stay!
    Everything was perfect. The hotel is located in quiet village of S Miguel, it has a few shops in walking distance. The restaurant was open and a must to try, the food is freshly prepared, every day they have different specials that theyll tell you once you read the menu. Will definitely go back!

    The hotel is beautiful. The room was basic but nice however it was really, really hot inside. We had to keep all window open and there was unfortunately another very noisy guests next to us that kept screaming and taking very, very loudly. Since there was no staff at 2 am, we had to close the windows to try and sleep a little.
    I had booked a room with breakfast included, but the breakfast would not start until 8 am which was too late to catch our plain. I would have appreciated to know that Im advance

    Small upmarket hotel towards the mountaindefinitely worth trying the restaurant
    Fantastic restaurant - we had a really delicious meal. Pool was nice and good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Easy to access from the airport.
    No parking at the hotel. Easy to find parking up the road near the police station but a steep walk up and down.

    Lovely small hotel. Beautifully refurbished and lovely food.
    Breakfast was amazing! Many healthy options and everything made in the hotel. Rooms were big and comfortable. The hotel is lovely and the staff is lovely and very helpful.
    The location is not ideal without a car as there are not many things around at walking distance. For a small swimming pool it should be heated because it was freezing cold.

    Nice rooms and design, friendly and helpful staff
    Reception personnel were often not present during normal office hours. A faulty bathroom door lock was reported after which nothing was done and after which I got stuck in the bathroom the next day. Luckily a staff member helped me get out. Spa use is not included.

    Pretty nice cozy hotel
    The room was clean, staff was very nice and welcoming.
    The pool wasnt very clean it had a lot of leaves inside. The location is a bit far from the touristic spots but if you rent a car its okay.

    Very good and comfortable hotel with friendly staff.
    Very good and comfortable hotel. Quite far from the sea, but if you have a car - it's not a problem, you can drive to different beaches. Parking space is also not a problem. We had a very good view from the room and a nice terrace. The pool had cold water but enough space for sunbathing.
