Closest to Champs Elysee. Reception staff lady is good and cooperative for checkout process

Room size is very small. Room service didnt change the bedsheet on daily basis first and upon my complained. The reception guy provide justifications that it is 3 days standard that i refuse to accept and than they started daily. Very average breakfast with limited option. During breakfast some outside food microwaved and lots of smell of fish is in the whole room.

The location is perfect. The staff was very cheery.

The room was small and the bathroom was very strange. Still in this century there was no shower cabin and there was bath curtain in the bathroom.

Not a great stay

The location was great and the front desk staff was extremely friendly.

We booked the king bed suite with balcony and paid a pretty penny for it. The king bed is not actually a bed, its two single beds stuck together, you can feel the joint in the middle of the bed. Aside from that, the bed itself is hard and the pillows are flat and hard. There is nothing comfortable about the bed. I stayed three nights and every night before bed, I dreaded getting in bed. The hotel looks a lot more new in the photos but in reality, its quite outdated. The thermostat in the room is fake and you cannot control your own temperature. It was quote warm when we went and we wanted to turn down the heat. The front desk attendant said it was not possible so we were waking up sweating each morning. When I asked to change the sheets because of the sweating, the housekeeper told me that they only do it every 2 days. After I insisted, she agreed. I wouldnt call this a 4-star hotel. This is a 3 star at best. The breakfast is small and basic, not worth the money, luckily we got it free! I probably will not stay here again. Not worth the money for this type of standard hotel. We paid over 2000$ for 3 nights, its extremely pricey for what it is.
