    Short but noisy
    The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Also, the room was very clean. It's also located downtown, near everything.
    It's located in a really busy club street so you can hear every beat on the room at night. You can also hear every car that goes by, especially if they horn (they do). If you're looking for a restful evening, wouldn't recommend. If you're looking to party, then yes.

    Loved Cartagena. Hated the hotel. Do not stay here
    Able to go to the Center and walk around the clock tower area. Very few things to like about the hotel unfortunately, so cannot elaborate. There is loud music every where so if you are a non stop party goer then it is a perfect place.
    The rooms are above a night club. So the head banging music can be heard in the late hours of night. How does one sleep at all. One does not expect wrong information given at check-in. There is no one to call after hours if you are locked out and the staff is not there to attend. They gave me the room above the street and when I complained, they gave me room next to cleaning staff station, where they will constantly chit chat loudly without consideration of the hotel guests. The hotel is not very modern and lacks basic facilities. I saw bugs running around the fridge and my night stand. They are stingy about giving you extra towels. There is an old espresso maker on the second floor but again makes loud noise when someone is making coffee and wake up the guests.

    DO NOT STAY HERE!
    There is absolutely nothing to like about this place or its staff.
    Zero stars would be appropriate. Where to start..? First I get a room that looks like it last saw a bucket of paint 30 years ago and the shower is falling through the wall. And it did hardly work at all. Worse though, was that the "balcony door" was made of thin plywood and all the noise from the party street was heard "clear as day" throughout the night. I managed to get 2 hours of sleep in total. The staff is snotty, uninterested, rude and treats you like garbage. I was to do some work with the the son of s friend, and my new room (yeah, they unwillingly gave me a slightly less noisy room) had a desk, so perfect. Well... For him to come into my room I had to pay 50k COP extra, which is really ridiculous in itself. I later saw on the door, that the cost was actually 30k COP, and when telling the snotty ladies about it they acted, well, snotty and said that they were to change the signs about that. This hotel is a total scam and I strongly suggest you book ANYTHING else.
