    Excellent hotel option in the heart of Cartagena's historic walled town.
    Location was excellent right in Old Town, staff were very friendly and the room (family room) was exactly what we were looking for.
    The AC had trouble keeping up with the Cartagena heat and all of us sleeping there.

    It was in the center of the city
    The rooms are extremely small, nothing shared in the pictures are real. I requested a duplex because of the size of the small ones and I couldnt fit my luggage anywhere but the floor in the middle of our way. It was very noisy in the mornings, the cleaning service are so loud and the rooms are so close to other rooms you can clearly hear when someone is knocking on the other doors. Theres no windows and the sink was inside the shower.

    Property was nice
    What I didnt like is that I was charged an extra 250.000 Colombian pesos when I had already paid for the Room. I was charged this not when I came in but really late at night when I was drunk. I was told by the stuff that a receipt was going to be sent via email but I never received it. I thought it was weird since Ive stayed at the Hotel many times before.
