    Look out for this one! A good one!
    We loved this hotel! The most beautiful lobby was big,warm and welcoming. The staff were all super welcoming. Lovely touch with evening snacks / tea etc in the lobby. Felt so comfortable throughout. Good breakfast.
    Maybe a little noisy between the corridors /rooms / street early morning but not a problem. Bit of a walk into the city but enjoyable all the same. Pleasant distance.

    Great location. 10 min walk to the train station and 10 min walk into the shops and town. Also, very close to the American Consulate. They have a nice breakfast and a happy hour in the afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff!

    Pleasant and would stay there again.
    Upscale Boutique Hotel - staff was extremely accommodating and easily to communicate with via email.
    If I had to give any feedback is that we stayed on first floor above kitchen/service area and could hear ongoings - though we still were very happy with our stay.

    What a fantastic hotel I will definitely stay again
    Excellent location, very convenient for everything happening in Florence .. Our room was lovely and beautifully warm. No tea and coffee making facilities in bedroom but always plenty downstairs . Breakfast was good and the staff extremely helpful and pleasant.
