    when we are reaching at that time , no guest in that property ,only receptionist available in that property. near to that property no essential shop . dinner not available . no lighting around properly .

    Staffs are really very good and helpful, especially Mr.Raja is soo friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained.
    Breakfast was okay. Could improve the taste of the food and also could improve the variety of food for dinner. Location of the hotel is fare away from center, lake.

    Most important thing is the young and energetic staff which took care of everything and responded to any request quickly. The breakfast provided was good for the money paid.
    The location is 5km away from centre but its not that bad when you have your own transport.

    Only positive thing is the spacious villa
    Poor quality breakfast, bad location, non-professional attendants, filthy wash rooms, poor uncleanliness, no facility for multicuisine restaurant.

    The hotel staff behaviour is pathetic and poor wifi connection.
    Hotel maintaince was good and was cleaned.
    The location is hard to find in google map. Apart from the staff behaviour was poor and receptionist was rude to me. he was not even answering properly to me. The wifi connection was very slow and for me it is very pathetic trip. I wont ever book hotel from booking.com.
