The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, with Alisher standing out for his competence. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The food and (Read More) drinks were tasty, but there were some issues with the air-conditioning. One negative experience was a rude encounter at breakfast, but overall it was a good stay.

Very pleasent.
Hptel Location is quite easaly accessed by tram and walking distnace from the city center.
Our room was big enough for 3 people and with coosy beds and big bathroom.
Breakfast is nice with several options do choose from although the space was a bit small for the rush hour.

Good location and amazing service but small rooms
The service was pretty amazing. From the Front Desk service plus the young woman during breakfast area, everything was on point. It is very near from everywhere and the location was at the center so it was easy for us to see everything during our stay.
The rooms are soooo small plus the breakfast options are very limited.
