    The property is very well situated in the center of Zurich, it is very clean, with excellent breakfast
    The heating of my room was with an air conditioner which was very noisy

    Location is great, a few steps away from Paradeplatz and Bahnhofstrasse. Basic but decent breakfast buffet.
    Very dated hotel, unfriendly staff (except the staff taking care of the breakfast, they are amazing) and dusty rooms.

    Booking a night in this property was an informed decision because I read the reviews beforehand. So I wasnt surprised to see the old carpeting, old furniture, old-looking interior. I loved that hotel is only 3 min by foot to the main shopping street because that was all I was after.
    Too expensive for what its worth. The breakfast was basic. They brand themselves a 4-star hotel but they the facilities were more like a 2-star hotel.

    I will definitely book this place again if I am coming back to Zurich
    The location is the best. Walking distance to downtown. The staff (I forgot to ask his name) that is assigned 12/25-12/27 in the afternoon - early evening is very helpful. He booked my cheese fondue restaurant and my ride back to the airport. He made our stay very comfortable.
