Location is good - in the middle of a lot of attractions. After complaining about the wifi we got another room with sufficient connection for remote work. Hotel receptionists try very much to be pleasant and to give an impression of a luxurious hotel, but in my humble opinion they lack training and basic understanding how to communicate with tourists.

Got sick after eating butter chicken in the hotel restaurant. During check in they take your passports and carry them out to another building for scanning. Outside of hotel there are always beggars waiting for tourists. The street is relatively quite for Delhi, but was too noisy for me (like the rest of India). Some rooms are in way worse condition than the others. We saw 4 rooms during our visit and all of them were warned out, but some of them to a really big degree. Staff changes how they treat and look at my wife if I am not around.

The staff, from reception to restaurant, was incredibly helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, especially compared to other hotels in Delhi. We booked two roomsone felt a bit claustrophobic due to a window facing the back of the building, while the other facing the open side with natural light. The location was a bit noisy, but that seems to be expected given its location. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

One room lacked natural light and a window for fresh air.

I booked this hotel because it is near New Delhi railway station. Yes, this clean hotel is very close to the railway station. It takes me 10 minutes to catch my morning train. The location of the hotel is very good, the staff is very helpful and the food is also very good.
