    Good Location. Big Room. Still areas of improvement
    The hotel is in a quiet lane around 5 to 7 minutes walking distance (Around 2 minutes drive) from main market Area. The room size and bathroom size is big. The bed is very comfortable. The hotel has a decent size pool, though we did not use it as it was very cold weather. The hotel is a like a palace turned in to a hotel (like many hotels in Rajasthan). Location wise, this is the best place to stay in Jaisalmer for those who are looking at staying in a luxury hotel without paying exorbitant charges.
    1) The breakfast area is not very big for the size of the hotel. The hotel must keep provisoning for a bigger area. 2) The breakfast fare is also very limited. It would be great if they could introduce one live counter for Dosa or something like that. 3) There is no partition between shower area and the bathroom area. Result, the entire bathroom gets wet when one is having a bath. The shower was also not working well and we had to end up taking bath using a bucket and tumbler. 4) No dental kit was provided during the stay and the bath accessories were very miniscule considering there were 3 of us in the room.

    Great property but a bad job by hotel management of providing services
    Aesthetic exterior design, friendly staff, decent breakfast, within 2-3km of many site-seeing options
    Need to call staff for practically everything which is annoying No hot water most of the time, officially only from 7am-10am and 7pm-9pm but that too was not communicated beforehand and water is barely lukewarm most of the time. Internet is patchy and slow. Rooms and hallways are dimly lit. Food can be either great or subpar depending on timing you go.

    After entering the hotel,u can instantly feel the heritage vibes characteristic of Rajasthani culture.we stayed for 2 nights in this beautifully decorated property.Location ,food,service of the staffs -everything is perfect.The staffs working there r very humble and well-mannerd.

    Beautiful property with a great view and clean rooms.
    The hotels is very good with clean bathrooms ,clean room ,service was very good ,Buffet breakfast was very good .Many options was available in breakfast.The Lobby was very good .,over all experience is very good ,stayed there in october 2023,three beds were arranged in room for three people .Swimming pool is also available on property
    Food excellent but the prices are little high
