    Just the location of the hotel
    The receptionist, the hotel staff, they were not just ready to help. I had to make the do the work. There was no hand wash, shampoo, no TV/set-up box remote I had to follow 3-4 times just to get the TV Remote The best part we found roaches in the room. Near the tv unit and on the bed

    Response of the reception staff and boys are good. But maintenance needs to be improved a great deal
    Maintenanace of the room is not satisfactory. AC is very slow in its cooling action. Bath room facilities are poorly maintained. Lot of attention should be given to maintenance of the facility.
