    The Hotel Guadalmedina is praised for its great location, near the airport, station, and historic center. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is very good.     Staff were incredibly helpful. Thank you David. I was massively delayed in arriving. Room was bigger than I expected. Nice bathroom. Good shower over bath. Room was nicely serviced when I requested it. Location was an easy walk to centre and also to transport hubs.
    Road is a bit noisy. Pillows were a bit soft for me. I didnt have breakfast there, so cant comment.

    clean room, ideal location for visiting the city, very near to metro exit from airport . We were there to follow the Malaga marathon, so a not so classic visit. very welcoming and kind front desk service.

    Location
    I felt this is not 4star hotel. Booking.com says theres bathtub but it wasnt and I requested king bed but it was twin. Also no shampoo.

    Nice hotel
    The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly (thank you very much to the lovely lady at the reception, who wanted to change my room to a less noisy one). I appreciated. Standard breakfast, fine for me. The location is near the historic center and the port (walking 15-20 min).
    The hotel is located on a busy street and there is traffic noise in the room. I have nothing to complain about. The staff was very helpful and found me a room that was somehow on a terrace hidden away from the traffic (this room was an exception). The heating of the room is maintained by ventilation/blown air (if the heating fan remains open during the night, the noise of the ventilation can be heard).

    Good location. Easy to get to the historic center in 5 minutes by foot. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet.
    No restaurant or bar.. The rooms facing the river are a bit noisy.

    Perfect location, close enough to main attractions but not too close that it was noisy. Very helpful staff. Large and very comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Good Breakfast selection.
    Hard to find anything we didn't like, my only tiny criticism is that another coffee machine in breakfast room would be good as 1 is not really enough on a busy morning.

    Excellent location - close to train and bus stations on one side and city centre on the other. Very good breakfast. I liked the opportunity to listen to the background music in the room.
    The river view is not nice since rhe river does not exist but this is not the problem of the hotel but of the city council that needs to do smth about it.
