    Great place to spend your vacation
    In a lively and highly active night life Lloret, hotel Hellios was a true gem. Staff was very helpful and friendly (from tips on where to park for free to everything else we needed), our room was quiet in spite of the noise from the streets, especially at night. Our towels were changed literally every day and our room cleaned. The beach is 2 min away from the hotel - one of the best beaches we've been!
    Bathroom is a bit narrow, but this is really a minor thing.

    Very clean very peaceful. Lovely staff. Would stay again.
    Breakfast ok we are vegan but found plenty to eat. Would like more vegan options though.

    Excellent hotel. Very good food and great customer service.
    Very good place to stay. High level of customer service at the restaurant and high quality food (Special mention to Ruben from Show Kitchen. He provides very high level of customer care at all times, very enthusiastic and very focused in serving customers; he is certainly a great asset for the hotel). Great customer care, hardworking staff, always ready to assist. Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Great facilities. Rate 10/10. Would definitely stay again next time. Highly recommended.

    A pleasant stay at a comfortable hotel
    Very friendly and helpful personnel We arrived just after dinner had finished, so we contacted the receptionist to ask if it was possible to leave us some food. When we arrived, our table had been set up with tasty dinner The food was always fresh, diverse and tasty. In the morning you can get a freshly-fried ommelette, eggs or pancakes. For dinner there is always grilled meat and fish. The beds are very comfortable and there is a safe in the room (free). The rooms are cleaned every day (unless you decide to skip cleaning once or twice). The hotel is located very close to the bus station, market, supermarkets, beach and the cozy old centre.

    Since there are lots of discos around, it can be rather noisy, day and night. But, the hotel cannot do much about it, of course. Well, we slept with the balcony open and ear-plugs in, so it was fine. Closing the balcony also damps the noise considerably, and you can turn on the airco if needed.

    Very friendly and helpful staff especially Alexandre on reception. Great facilities and very clean.
    I thought area outside was a bit rough. A few seedy characters hanging around. Also noisy and that was in October so high season would be very noisy.

    Hotel exceeded my expectations.
    - Very very friendly and helpful staff. - Excellent breakfast and dinner :) - We were late for dinner and they kept some dinner for us . - Welcome drinks.
    Noises from nearby bars, pubs and clubs but unfortunately it is something hotel doesn`t have influence on.
