    Very run down , mattresses and beds were very basic . Whole place was dusty and faded. Upkeep was Quite unlike the photos and reviews . Bathroom was basic with curtain

    The hotel building is fine.
    They do not serve Mutton in spite of thr Menu showing different mutton items. CHILLY CHICKEN was in a gravy of tomato, and sweet!!! Chef is probably using only one base curry concentrate for all his dishes. NO ROOM SERVICE!!!!! VERY ORDINARY food but the food has a bloating effect... probably the chef overuses the cooking soda. Even the bathtub in the room is of HERITAGE or VINTAGE. It's time they change it.

    The hotel is perfectly located in the village. Walking distance from the havelis and markets. It's a really nice haveli. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice swimming pool. Staff is very helpful.

    The hotel and rooms are very beautifully designed with lots of color and heritage. The location was good too, along with the hospitality of the owner and his son Mukul. I'm sure the hotel can do better in terms of having more experiences for younger guests.
    The room service could've been better, along with options for food. We didn't get lunch on the day of check-in and apparently it a vegetarian buffet with no ala carte order for dinner whic was disappointing. The room we had booked had a bathtub, but the room we got did not have it.

    Location, parking, food was good. Require more staff . Initial hic ups on allotment of room actually booked, but resolved with a little persuasion. Otherwise pleasant stay.
    Due to ongoing covid, understaffed, cleanliness compromised. They should take care while alloting actually booked room.
