Hotel food was crappy and yet overpriced. Bed was stained and dirty. Drainage piping was not done well, with toilet stench flowing in the room.

Perfect for relaxing Bali getaway
Excellent option for our stay in Bali. Large room great pool facilities for my family. Staff was super friendly, breakfast had plenty of options. Our goal was to have a relaxing trip in Bali and this was perfect for it. Has all the amenities of a resort while still feeling part of the local area.

Beautiful room (recently refurbished), many pool areas, close to the beach, friendly staff, very good food in the buffet with great variety.
There was only one outside toilet by the pool which was sometimes a bit dirty.

Amazing hotel! Wished for a longer stay.
This is a fabulous hotel with an amazing location and environment. It felt like paradise! Wish we wouldve stayed longer but it is a definite place we will visit again! The staff was extra attentive and friendly. We ate at Susie-Q Asian Restaurant and would recommend it as well. Hated to leave this hotel!
I will select a room with a better view next time. It was one night and for what it was worth, I have no complaints.

Everything. The room, the facilities, the staff, all incredible. Poolside staff incredible too. Special mention for Hendrick who really looked after us. I had a sore throat and had lost my voice and Hendrick was so lovely, regularly bringing me a ginger and lemongrass tea to make me feel better. The service in this hotel is unparalleled to anything I've ever experienced
