The staff who checked me into the hotel was rude. However, all of the other employees we interacted with were nice.

Well equipped and ventilated fitness room and super clean pool suitable also for decent swimming stands out!
Breakfast was very good with different fruits or cakes every day as a nice change. Everything was working perfectly everywhere, staff very helpful and
Some rooms might have weird smell, recognizable only when arrived from outside. It felt like people smoked there a time ago. First room was ok, when we moved visited second which was not prepared and it was intense, in final room it was noticeable.
The beach is nice and clean but there are way too many "amigos" selling you overpriced staff all the time. The sea is little dirty as every sea in big city.
Nearby restaurants are super expensive, compared to normal colombian prices.

Family trip to Cartagena over the Thanksgiving holidays. We will definitely be returning!
great location, beautiful pool area, most beautiful hotel room ever- with glass on three sides and stunning views. The staff was helpful and kind- we felt very safe and well taken care of.

Good stay with many positives
Staff were very helpful. Ricardo helped me book several trips to Bora Bora and Baru. Breakfast was great. At check in we were upgraded to a room on higher floor and ocean view.
Bathroom was not clean. Slightly away from Centro.

The lighting (better to have ceiling lighting as opposed to the lamps) and could not control the aircon (half the time I was too cold)
