    Cant even be better
    The room is really big and comfortable. Three bathrooms allowed us to set up quickly. Not to mention the view from the balcony. An amazing trip in Zermatt and this hotel made it even better. Btw, the service there was nice as well! No need to worry about the distance, you will discover the beauty when walking in Zermatt.

    Shows it's age, some deteriorated facilities, pretty bad noise insulation.

    Unforgettable stay! Highly recommended!
    Great breakfast and variety of choice...Room is huge, spacious living area, full set of kitchen facilities and dinning table, which didn't expect to have it. Long terrace of balcony. Nice mountain view, comfy bed. Lastly the bath room as big as the bed room.

    Just simply amazing and over the top visit !
    We loved everything about this place but the staff topped the list! We had such an amazing visit and cannot day enough about how great this hotel and staff are! Our room had such a stunning view of the Matterhorn and I truly loved taking pictures of it every morning! The restaurant and staff were exceptional and our meals were so delicious and served by an awesome wait staff. Hotel Jagerhof, all of you are now a permanent part of our life and we thank you for allowing us to share in yours! We already miss you all and cannot wait to return to your beautiful town and hotel! With our deepest appreciation!

    Amazing View and Big Room
    The room was bigger than we expected, as the photos did not do justice to the room. We even had an amazing view of the Matterhorn! I like that the hotel offer shuttle service from the train to hotel and back when you are with your luggage as it is quite a distance to walk if you are with old folks and it was raining.
    The hotel is quite a distance from the center. Though it is a walkable distance, the distance feels longer when it rains.

    Room was comfortable and quiet, facilities were very clean. Nice breakfast.
    I left early on my last day, before the breakfast was open. A breakfast to-go was assured when I checked out the day prior. Unfortunately the promised breakfast was nowhere to be seen the morning I left.
