    12.30 they called to check-out the room and at 12.45 a fat and sweaty plumber in overalls and tank top entered the room and took our clothes that were not yet in the luggage. No one asked us if we have an emergency or special situation for which we are late. Judge for yourself

    I was very satisficed staying in this hotel and undoubtfully I recommend same
    A very good organized/tidy hotel and excellent location near to the centrum The staff was very polite in all respects.
    The Hotel should pay attention to taxi service, most of the taxi drivers were not so kind and polite. Therefore I had to seek for a taxi by my self through a private co with a record.

    Perfect hotel in the perfect location.
    Perfect location. In close proximity to Vienna Opera House and Musikverein. Very clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.
    There were some items that was lacked in the single room compared to to the double room and the shower itself less convienient.

    I have enjoyed my stay.
    The Hotel is in Central Location naar the Cathedral and lot of restaurants nearby. The Metro Station also was very near to the Hotel.

    Excellent location, excellent staff, we would choose this hotel again.
    Breakfast was a very good spread of food. Front desk staff were very helpful and were excellent. Bed was awesome! Pillows were too soft. Plenty of room space.
    Noise from the outside when trash were being picked up. Room was too warm. Tried to turn off the heat, ended up opening the windows.
