Friendly, comfortable, peaceful - with stunning views and well connected
Friendliness of the staff, who were always on hand to help with advice on day trips and getting around. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms cleaned every day. Offered a free upgrade on arrival for 2 days which we were pleased to take up.
Nothing! A very minor suggestion - would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.

Best part about this place is calmness and the view but thats about it.
The view outside of our room was beautiful- partially why we booked this place.
The hotel itself was occupied by older people so if you are young and looking for a lively hotel where you can enjoy the bar or terrace this isnt the place for you. My husband and I were on our honeymoon and met another couple and wanted to have some drinks outside on the terrace. The manager immediately shut us down said we should go to bed (it was 11pm) and that guests were complaining. It was a little ridiculous. Not to mention this hotel is so far up in the mountain you have to take a shuttle to get to sorrento and the last shuttle brought you up at 11pm. So you either had to go to your room and whisper or go to bed at that point. Restaurant was not good we ate dinner there our first night and had breakfast included, for ITALY it was not impressive.

Loved the view and the free shuttle. The sun deck was quite nice. Nice sitting areas to relax. Hotel was out of the busy tourist area but was very convenient because of the shuttle.
Pool was not useable as it was not in the sun or heated. Breakfast quality was below average compared to other hotels. Hotel felt a bit tired.
