    The Hotel Lake Shore offers a great stay at a good price with fantastic views from the balcony. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to help guests and the rooms, breakfast, and service are superb. (Read More)However, the internet connection is slow and the pillows are uncomfortable. The manager, Sanjog, receives praise for his efficiency and customer service. The property is well-maintained and clean, but the restaurant service and food are horrendous. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its friendly staff, convenient location, and safety.

    Perfect. Mountains. Lake. And Sanjog the manager who is awesome.
    This hotel is in the perfect spot. Just off the busy street, quiet, super comfortable, affordable, the breakfast is amazing, the staff are fantastic. Everything from the brilliant reception, the clean and well thought out design of the hotel and rooms, the comfy beds, the exceptional service and help from the staff when booking transfers and recommendations etc. The hotel is brilliant and we cannot wait to go visit again. Special thanks to Sanjog the manager, his awesome uncle that dropped us at the airport, the staff who are brilliant, and for sorting out all our extra travel arrangements.

    Decent place for a short stay in Pokhara
    Nice balcony with view of the Himalayas. Heating in room which was good for winter. Breakfast was pretty nice, especially the Indian breakfast. Also good coffee that comes with the breakfast. We got our room upgraded for free upon our request.
    The showers rarely got warm which wasnt great in winter. The sound proofing on the rooms is also non existent unfortunately so bring earplugs. On our first couple of nights there were a lot of children screaming in the hallways and doors slamming.

    Great location and fully equipped hotel room.
    Sanju, the operation manager, is impeccable and has amazing attention to detail. Helped us craft our itinerary last minute catering for all our needs and gave access to his very comfortable SUV. Can't complain - if he is around when you're there then there isn't much to worry about.

    The hotel is nice, quiet and clean. The room was big and the bed was very comfy and spacious. Pokhara lake is also very close. The staff was very friendly so there were no problems. Operating manager Sandjog is the best. The bus terminal is within 5 minutes. I was very happy to stay here!

    Nice location and view! Can see fish tail mountain from balcony! Excellent service! Operations manager Sanjog are super helpful, can get everything you need, from airport pick up to all other activities! Really appreciated!
