    A beautiful place to stay in the magnificent city of Rome.
    Magic defines this hotel. Breakfast is wonderful, all the menu is very carefully selected, every bite is a pleasure. Location is very good, quiet street but near everything, hotel staff is very gentle and friendly, great room service, great clean service, very comfortable beds and linens. Bathroom is a dream as well as the quality of the amenities offered in it. I loved the soft lighting in the restaurant and the Christmas decor was wonderful. All the details of the room were beautiful. On our last day we didn't know where to dine and the concierge made a reservation of a restaurant near by that was amazing. Hoping to come back soon as only 3 nights is not enough for Rome and for Hotel Locarno.

    We had a little issue as I arrived, once I previously asked and confirmed about 3 times in the e-mails to have separate beds in my bedroom as I was traveling with my son, but the beds were together. Also, the vintage chairs in the room were not so stable. However, as soon as I told the reception about those issues it was immediately fixed, like magic, we went out for our first walk around the neighbourhood and on the way back everything was perfect. From that point on, they were extremely helpfull with all the requests we had during our stay making us always wanting to return to it for a rest after the busy visits and walks around the city.

    A luxurious place to stay in Rome if you're looking to be transported in time!
    It's an incredible hotel in an amazing area of Rome. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The concierge was able to book me a last minute ticket to the Borghese Gallery, which was a highlight of my trip! The food and ambiance of the garden and bar transported me back in time. And the rooms are stunning, with beautiful, historic touches.

    The interior decoration was attractive. The location was good.
    The shower was very small and uncomfortable even though the bathroom was large. It would also be best and hygenic to have a glass enclosed shower unit instead of a curtain. And a handheld shower would be most useful. The beds were a little too hard. The tables in the breakfast room were too small for eating comfortably.

    it has an on world world feel about it the rooms are generous in size and the staff were friendly and genuinely interested in your well being . The breakfasts were a highlight and the bar is the perfect place to meet for a pre dinner drink .
