    The Hotel is at an appropriate distance to all main spots of the city
    I was asked to pay half of the amount upfront while booking com mentioned payment to be done during checkin Towels and bed linen were not replaced The basic room is very tiny compared to the rate we pay for it.

    Location of the property. Breakfasts was awesome. Service was excellent
    1.old room furniture causing inconvenience and noise during opening and closing. 2.Air conditioning were making noise and stopping sudden in between. 3.Too expensive for what they offer.

    Was okay stay for one night. The room charges were too high for the amenities it provided.
    Breakfast was good. Parking was not satisfactory. Location was not very good. Too crowded streets.
    Better parking and no landscape around the property. Room floors were not maintained well. Bathroom shower was not good.

    The bed size was fine and the bathroom was good
    Very little parking space on the front porch - only 3 cars can be parked. The parking in the basement can only hold 2 cars and is very steep. The blankets were quite smelly. The breakfast layout wasn't good, on top of it they charged extra for it saying that I hadn't booked for it (though I don't remember seeing an option with/without breakfast while booking). The quality of bread wasn't good at all. The sweet Pongal was good though. At 8K plus it wasn't worth it at all. The road on which the hotel is situated is also quite congested. The photos given are perhaps Suite photos. There is no connection between those photos and what you get. The high rating given is quite surprising.

    We loved the location with sites in walking distance. The room was comfortable and with bathroom with hot water, nice window with daylight and view to a backstreet. The restaurant had decent food.
    The AC made occasional noise at night even though it was turned off. People were talking loudly in the corridor at night and in the morning.

    The hotel is neat and clean. The best part is the location. Most of the places are nearby walkable. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel restaurant also serves decent food.
