    Comfortable, in a great location with helpful staff, large breakfast, and great view.
    The location was perfect - in the middle of the city and easy to walk everywhere. Close to the vaporetto stops and Rialto bridge. Breakfast was excellent. They had a wide variety to choose from. We stayed in the apartment, which looks out over the Grand Canal.
    There wasn't much we didn't like. The apartment was pretty warm, but we were able to open up the windows, which made it very comfortable.

    Great location. Easy to get around as its close to major attractions. Close to the water bus stop which is great for people travelling using public transport
    Hotel room is dark (not enough lighting) and AC not working/not cool enough. Its close to the fish market and when walking to and from the hotel youll always need to pass by this area/section.

    Fabulous hotel, amazing location, staff were incredibly helpful. Room was gorgeous. Lovely smell everywhere in hotel, felt very luxurious.

    We loved the hotel and the location!
    The location was great. Our room overlooked the grand canal. Breakfast was exceptional! The staff were very helpful and all of them made you feel welcome.

    Perfect hotel for a short stay.
    Great location. Just outside the 'main' tourist traps but right on the Grand Canal. Get a taxi boat to drop you right off outside.

    This was our second consecutive stay at the hotel, so we were expecting to like it a lot again. And
    Breakfast abundant and tasty. Extraordinary location. Very friendly staff.
    Door to room could have been easier to open.

    The internet service was awful, couldnt even use it. The password I was given was very weak.
