    This hotel is a complete disappointment. The decor lacks attention to detail, and the overall impression is far from clean, with dirt hidden in every nook and cranny. Sleepwear and bed linens lack a fresh scent, and housekeeping even placed pillows on the floor during room cleaning. The service is superficial, exemplified by a lack of hot water one night, with no on-duty maintenance until well past 2:30 AM. The managers response the next day was insincere, offering mere apologies and attributing the water issue to a New Years engineers absence. The front desks questioning of the purpose of requesting ice was absurd. Even after staying for five nights in a suite, priced at nearly 1700 RMB per night, I wont return even if its discounted by half. The recurring hot water issue on the last night, coupled with the staffs nonchalant response and suggestion to switch rooms, reflects a disregard for guest well-being. The late-night checkout reminder and complications regarding currency exchange further added to the disappointing experience. Everything about this hotel is subpar, and I will never return.

    Great little hotel with super comfortable rooms. But all superseded by her wonderful the people that work there are.
    The staff were incredible. So lovely and attentive. A joy to be around and absolutely made our stay at the hotel.

    Great location not far away from the night markets. The breakfast was really good but the highlight was definitely the staff especially Kate and Matti who made our stay so memorable. They were so lovely and helpful! We'll never forget this. Everyone who loves to be treated at a hotel with a more personal touch will feel comfortable here!

    Beautiful spot to stay in Chiang Mai, great location, people and rooms!
    Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly, pool area was amazing, room was clean, modern and comfortable. Location was good with short access to night market, food, main square etc, would stay here again!
    Nothing really, a little expensive compared to others, but it is a great hotel.

    A quiet retreat in a walkable location with the best staff!
    Amazing decor and even better staff! They made the experience amazing! The pool area is beautiful and the property is in an excellent location for walking.
    Asked for a cash deposit on checkin and made us wait for a housekeeping room inspection on check out.

    Dont hesitate to book, this is perfect:)
    Its a lovely, boutique hotel, in a very easy location close to the old town but very peaceful and quiet at night. My bedroom was huge, with a comfortable bed which would probably have fitted four of me! The pool was lovely even in December, the breakfasts are delicious and a wide menu. But most of all, the team of staff at Hotel Loy are delightful - really polite and friendly, and so helpful. They made me feel very welcome and it was a pleasure coming back to the hotel to be greeted by them every evening. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Loy!
