    We have been told, breakfast was not part of package. Staff are very careless. Bathroom was very dirty. While dinner in the restaurant, we have been charged for those things which we were never served.

    Location was good Hotel is good in terms of facilities
    Staff is not good Check in and check out process was very long. Took almost 1 hour to get our and the same during check out. That was really bad.
