    Great pool and access to everything we wanted to see and do.
    Delightful staff and loved the pool. It felt clean and cared for. Breakfast was great also. We had a sizeable room, most comfortable. Again it was the staff and manager that made the stay a good one. I hope they are treasured and cared for by upper management.

    Not much of amenities at the hotel. Probably one can add some indoor games which would make the stay more exciting and fun.

    The room was not as advertised. Was quite small. Floor and washroom was not clean. Pictures in website didn't match the reality. No toilet eminities provided Requested for iron and hairdryer, was only provided after several phone calls. The ironbox provided had exposed kabel. We went to the restaurant while waiting to checkin. Coffee was bad, milk tasted weird. Had to wait so long for to order lunch. Lunch food was fine. We ordered buttermilk, and was given spoilt drink, which we returned and cancelled order Breakfast was okay. Bed was comfortable The place needs alot of uplifting and improvement.

    Breakfast was good and the staff very polite. Food was tasty and the room service was excellent. Location was superb. Only walking distance to all the monuments.
    The problem was only with getting hot water from the tap. The staff asked us to open the tap for 10 mnts and then it will come. But we didnt do that since it wastes lots of water.
