Bathroom sink cracked. Toilet seat not attached. Shower tray all cracked cement.
Very old and well used furniture. A lot of noise with slamming doors.Small fridge in very old cupboard was like a freezer everything froze.. and not very clean.

The hotel is very close to all the attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The balcony had a good view.
Though the rooms were clean on the surface, we found some rat droppings under the bed when we went to pick up our things. The bathroom was small, congested and stayed damp throughout. There is tremendous scope for improvement as the room was big enough. They could provide a hot water kettle among other things to make the stay comfortable.

Good value & nicely decorated clean rooms in a popular location.
Hotel in popular area. 1 street behind main seafront street & marina, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around.
Remote controlled air conditioning, Heater & blankets available in each room.
Pictures below: additionally there was a room with 2 single beds room 302.
Rooms could do with a Kettle & drink sachets.

Nice and clean. Very nice receptionists. Hot water in the shower. Generally I was happy about the stay.
The bathroom was very small. Shower courtein sticked to you. The sink was very small.

Nice basic hotel, good location, very good area architecturally, one street back from the front, marina/beach.
So much to do in Alicante.

Good value for money! Even though hotel is not exactly modern, it was very clean and hygienic. Bed was comfortable. Room was small, but it didnt bother me personally. Staff was very friendly!!
Dowstairs there is a bar and you could clearly hear it in the room. So in the night it was bit hard to sleep. When the lights are on in the toilet there is a VERY loud sound from ventilator (not sure what is the technical term for this?). It was bit annoying. Still overall very comfortable experience!!
