    It is not described that the Cosy room has the toilette fully integrated in the room (even the wc !) which doesnt make the room very cosy

    Beautiful room with clean amenities and comfortable bed, plenty of space for all our luggage. 10/10 would come here again. Cafe upstairs make amazing coffee!

    Clean and comfortable, and very close to the city centre! It is also right outside a metro :)
    The shower (and toilet) area was not closed off, so I had to place towels around the showering area in other to not get a part of the room (including near the bed) wet whenever I showered. There was also no dressing table and kettle :(

    The room was basic, just had a bed and no desk. It had a complementary bottle of water, but no hot drink facilities. The reception (and the hotel) is unmanned after 5pm. So you won't find any help if needed after dark.

    Great staff - very attentive and friendly. The rooms were large but needed a few things changed.
    The staff were excellent and responded to our needs as soon as they were able. The breakfasts were delicious and it was a really cosy little Cafe.
    The first room we had was noisy from pedestrian traffic late at night. The street lights shone into the room despite the timber shutters - they should have curtains like the other window. The lighting in the bathroom was dreadful - absolutely nothing above the mirror- a cas of function following form.
