Hotel Metropole in Taormina is highly praised for its excellent service, stunning views, and convenient location. The staff, from the bellman to the waitresses, are attentive and friendly, catering t (Read More)o guests' needs. Some guests were disappointed with a rude front desk clerk, but the overall experience was positive. The rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds and amazing showers. Guests enjoyed the breakfast and cocktails at the bar. The hotel is highly recommended for a memorable stay in Taormina.

Perfect positioned in the centre of Toarmina with breathtaking views of the ocean from the room

The choice of food was great but the view from the breakfast area was incredible! The room had an amazing balcony with views over the sea.

Great stay. Amazing view and location, would stay again.

Great location right in the centre of Taormina town but away from the busy streets. Amazing view from the pool and our room (junior suite) overlooking the sea. Lovely staff, particularly Santini.

Not major points, but drinks were expensive (22EUR for cocktail), some breakfast items were paid (such as eggs Benedict) - would not expect this at a top hotel, and some mornings there was a slight smell from bathroom.

The room has a strong perfume smell when we enter, after a few hours the perfume smell wears off and bathroom starts to smell like the ones in train station. (not the ones in Switzerland)

LOCATION WAS GREAT IN THE MIDDLE OF EVERYTHING

THE BATH TUB AND SHOWER WAS PART OF THE ROOM AND NOT THE WASHROOM IT WAS WIDE OPEN SO IF YOU WERE SHARING THE ROOM WITH A MALE THEY CAN SEE YOU TAKING A SHOWER BIG DOWN FALL FOR THAT

Exceptional service! This was our third time back and they feel like family here. They take care of every request you may have from recommendations, making reservations, booking taxis they go above and beyond to make your stay amazing. This is the best location bc it is in the center of everything. Amazing pool area. Marcelo at the front is a dream. Maria at breakfast, Giuseppe at the pool Bar and David & Mary at the lounge are phenomenal
