Clean, good value, great location.

Newly refurbished hotel in a great location. Simple IKEA furniture that was new and clean and did the job.

Online check in was a pain and the key lock is on an app on your phone. Slightly tricky to set up and we were traveling with an older guy who couldn't get the hang of it! Staff were very helpful with this tho.

If you want to sleep, dont book it

Location close to the center Clean room Water and tea kettle in the room I wan given double room instead of a single one

Super complicated check-in - had to pay separately taxes to PayPal, then fill in the form on the website, additionally to download an app to get into the hotel. Too much work just for one night stay. But the worst thing is that it was impossible to sleep in the hotel - they have very bad sound isolation windows, so all the night sounds of cars, moto, garbage machines woke me up. And at 7:30ak reconstruction works started. I didnt sleep at all.

The location! Close to the main strategic sightseeing. Cleanness - "Monica clean!"). The beds were comfy, bedding and towels - " good hotel" level , which is crispy white clean sheets and white soft towels.

The check in went a little iffy with this app key and finding the place , we ended up getting the normal card key . But once we learned how everything works , it was smooth ! Definitely "recommended"!

Its location is simply great. Very close to the historical center and also to the bus stations, etc. Not too far from the train station either. The room, even though not too big, was extremely comfortable and clean. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Miceli.

More than the hotel, the city is going under massive reconstruction of tram lines and one of the streets that has more works is just the street of the hotel. The works start early in the morning and are a bit noisy. But again, nothing related to the hotel itself.

Wouldnt mind going back ! Was a good one !truly enjoyed and felt safe ..

The location was very good .. Very clean place and well maintained.. The locking system is good but u need to be careful to have your phone charged until u back at night after the entire day being out .. just follow the steps host sends you and it will be perfect . Host always communicated through whats app and always responded to any queries . We had an issue with the Air con but he solved it and it was ok .

The rooms r very small which was ok but the shower cubicle was the smallest I have ever seen .. u have to get in by turning your body.

Very close to Florence City Center and the Train Station. Workers are kind and helpful. Room was clean.

Only way to enter to the hotel and the room is by application. No card, no reception.
