    Staff they are kind ! Its in the center. Good place
    founding parking its a challenge. Hotel has access but 40 euro per day its a lot.

    The location ONLY.
    The shower was closed with a disgusting curtain which was stained, the room was very small we had to fit 3 people with 3 lugages barely had any space.

    I like location of the hotel, it is heart of the city centre and every location takes 10 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfy. There is a bar next to the hotel and its ambiance and cocktails were really good. Its name is Mitico. You should try it.
    We didnt get housekeeping service in 3 days long stay, it would be better if they clean room and change towels. Although we were early in the morning at the place , they gave our room at 2:50 pm and it was almost evening , it could be better if they gave their room earlier than 2:30. They wanted us to wait 20 more minutes and we didnt except and reception guy had to upgrade our room to a dublex room we satisfied from this action.thanx.

    Great location and value for the money
    The room facilities were extremely good and the location was close to main road where bus, tram and metro were always available. Also near to Christmas market and there were lots of restaurants and food stores just outside of the hotel.
    Not such as we did not face any issues.

    Great communication with reception before arrival Arranged hotel transfer with 42e arrived on time waiting for us Great location 10min walkin to center, 5min walk to opera metro station, 5min from reastaurants and bars, little bar with live music under the hotel with voucher of free drink Good breakfast, big warm room nice beds, view to back yard I would stay again
    Some noise now and then from out side, but not an issue Basic laggage room External elevator hopefully there was good weather and also we stayed 1st floor so we used the stairs
