    The Hotel Moab Downtown is an older motel that has been refurbished. It is located in the middle of downtown, which was a pleasant surprise for guests expecting a wilderness location. Some guests wer (Read More)e disappointed by the service, particularly the closure of the swimming pool and hot tub without clear notification. However, the hotel offered free amenities such as a second room key and a brochure about Moab. The lack of in-room beverages and the need to find vending machines was seen as an adventure, especially for kids. The hotel's location near a liquor store, restaurants, and amenities was appreciated. The double shower head in the bathroom was difficult to manage, but after some adjustments, it provided a satisfying shower. Towels kept inside the shower rack caused some inconvenience, but this was easily resolved. The HVAC unit provided adequate climate control and emitted a soothing white noise. The TV was small with limited channel options. Overall, the hotel offers a good value for its location and amenities, and guests would consider staying there again.

    Good location, needs a refresh.
    Good location in downtown Moab. Plenty of parking and easy in/out to outdoor activities.
    The lobby was a bit dreary and not very welcoming. The room was also somewhat unmaintained and drab. It was Thanksgiving so maybe not everyone was available but could use a refresh, even for a budget option.

    The armchair showed years of wear/grime on its arms. The carpet looked similarly worn. Probably no way to fix this, but the flushing of the toilet in the unit above me was loudly audible. The noticeable smell of disinfect when entering the room.

    Exceptional for the location and value
    The room was HUGE! Its super cheap for the location. Its in the main hub of everything. Its like a typical inn so not like a fancy hotel, but the rooms are really nice.

    We enjoyed our short stay at Hotel Moab.
    The check-in person was personable and professional. The room looked and smelled clean. The bathroom was spotless.
    The stairs were rusted and the message concerning roaches, although we did not see any, scared our daughter.

    Covenient location to Arches National Park and for shopping or restaurants.
    Good location.
    Seemed to be under staff for housekeeping. The furnitures such as a big table and a large T.V. cabinet occupied space of the room. There was limited space left for us to place our three suitcases.

    Would not recommend, not clean, shower & beds sucked!
    Great location
    The beds were awful, not comfortable. The shower water pressure was not good, the shower head was didnt spray narrow enough & the hot water was just warm! Not that clean & if you wanted your room cleaned we had to notify the front desk!!

    Disappointing
    A little frustrating after a long day of travel
    The staff were nice and helpful but the room needed work
    Toilet running after flushed and worker stated that it needed a new part and will fix in am and just needed to juggle the handle. Also secondary lock was not useful due to being detached from door. Was offered another room but was late .
