    It's near by entry gate of Tirumala and also the room is spacious
    Washroom is not so good as shown in the pics and awevice is also not upto the mark.

    Smallish but functional clean room. Bathroom good with hot water round the clock and also clean. Early check-in (9am) direct from night train was no problem. Kept luggage for a few hours.
    Quite a distance from rly station and bus stands (and everything else) on a major road at the end of a giant flyover... ask for a room at the back where it's quieter and cooler. Very limited food options. No wifi at all.

    Staff behaviour not good with their customer
    Nothing is to be happened for like but misbehave in front of family I faced by reception staff which they are very rude
    I reached at property 06 hours late but same informed to property reception by text messages about my train delay. Reception staff behaviour very rude in front of my family alongwith 06 years old child, which is not to be done. Request to property owner trained their reception staff how to treat their customer in good manner.

    Value for money stay
    This is a perfect value for money accommodation. The location is good and near to Padmavathi temple. They provide toiletries and mineral water. They have paid breakfast service but did not try. You will have to order out for lunch and dinner or the PS4 restaurant is nearby. Wi-fi is only available in the reservation area. They have open car parking facility.
    They need to put on the meshes for the windows as they seem broken and mosquito menace could be there.
