Exceptional

A must try hotel if someone is planning to stay in Manali with great view, comfort stay, great food.

Overall it was a great stay at Mountain Face hotel. Good and polite staff, Good Manager (Balwant Thakur), very cooperative and helped me getting late check out when he saw I was with family with 2 kids, great people of Hotel. Food was just awesome, must try if you are staying at this hotel and recommend to al Manali Travellers to try this hotel once. Travel Desk - It was again getting handled by another Gem of a person, Mr Happy, he was great man and tour coordinator, he provides good tour with very good vehicles.

Heater could have been better but it was ok.

As expected

The view from the room was superb exactly how I expected. The room service was also quick. Hot water available as and when required. Bed was comfortable. Full relaxing and peaceful environment. I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives about this hotel.

The room centralised heaters are must for cold climatic conditions which should be included in per night charges rather than giving small rod heaters which were chargeable for per night basis. Also, the room service staff was good except the one who manages the hotel and comes rarely at hotel. He was quite rude at the end. Moreover, we booked half board but when we were ordering there were only limited food items available and had to select from that. However, the food given was unlimited in quantity as booked. Otherwise, all good just as expected. :)
