    Beautiful hotel for those who want to be out of the city center
    It is a beautiful hotel, on the outskirts of Florence. The room we had was big, beautiful and comfortable, with nice amenities, comfortable mattress, dark shades and strong shower. The pool area is very nice, with a beautiful view. Also, great to have the shuttle service, but make sure to book it in advance.
    While the breakfast buffet was good and full of variety, the service was quite chaotic. Nothing serious, and I would really stay again with this hotel, but wanted to give a feedback for improvement.

    It was a little distance from the main town but they had a shuttle so it evened out!

    The stay at the hotel was comfortable.
    Breakfast was ample and staff was courteous. Front desk staff was always helpful and accommodating.
    More shuttle bus times in and out of the city. Not a lot of local eateries within walking distance.

    Excellent stay, would definitely stay again if visiting Florence.
    Plenty of fresh choice at breakfast, good quality ingredients, excellent service. The availability of a shuttle bus was a bonus, good value for money compared to getting a taxi. All the staff were very pleasant, helpful and attentive.
    The evening menu was limited, maybe an additional todays special could of provided an extra choice.

    Had car so great carpark covered & sage & then could use shuttle in & out to city centre which took about 15 minutes
    Restaurant nice but not enough staff so slow service & got orders wrong Lovely reception staff
