    The building is handsome nd beautifully restored. Lovely pair of rooms with excellent facilities and fittings. Staff were both professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Location in Dorsoduro - close to the Accademia - and only 15 minutes walk from St Marks - is excellent and convenient. The are has its own atmosphere including bars and small restaurants. The hotel is also close to the boat station at Zatttere (less than 5 mons walk)

    the palace is gorgeues. Free upgrade to deluxe room and prosecco with cake for birthday. Very nice staff at reception.
    Monday morning breakfast is a bit less fantastic the expected, but still a nice breakfast.

    The location is terrific. Close to both the Academia bridge and the Zattere. An easy walk to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and Galleria Acadamia.

    Excellent location, really stylish accomodation in Venice
    I love this hotel - you feel like venetian Doge (or Dogaressa) here! The best chioce for enjoying unique venetian atmosphere. Rooms are furnished in venetian style, with comfortable and spacious beds. Delicious breakfast can be served in interior or it is possible to sit in small charming garden (which I strongly recommend). The way how they deal with seagulls is hillarious . I have visited this hotel 4 times and I cant wait to come back soon!
