    It was an excellent stay at Hotel Newline Orchid. The staffs are very friendly and feel the warmth as a family. Proper
    Great location, fantastic staff, homely breakfast, neat & clean rooms, parking, interiors.
    Nothing specific. Improvement can be made in maintaining the facility. Since it is a new facility, it is so far well managed, but it should continue to upkeep the standard.

    Very calm and quiet room service is very good. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly . Good WI-FI and Hot Water
    hotel rent high.not free breakfast this amount . tea is not good (paid).

    The place was clean especially the toilets. We were traveling with our infant daughter so it was a priority for us to make sure everything is in place especially keeping her in mind. A must recommend. It's just 5 mins away from Guruvayoor Temple which makes it a brilliant choice. The staff was very polite both at the reception and in the restaurant. Not to forget the house keeping staff who are the real heroes who keep this place clean and up to date.

    Cleanliness - the property is very clean and well maintained. Reception area, corridors, room - all are very clean. I have to mention that the property is new (opened a couple of months ago). If they continue to maintain this standard, good for them. Facilities - Rooms are suite type. Fairly spacious and convenient Basement parking is there,. Two lifts are there. The general ambience is good and welcoming. Room is well set. Floor, carpets, bedsheets, towels, curtains - everything were clean. Essential toiletries are kept in bathroom. There is currently no restaurant in the property, but they said they can arrange food from nearby restaurants. We didn't order any, since there are plenty of restaurants around. Staff - All staff are very friendly and cooperative. Location - easily accessible and just 5 min walk to temple (East nada).
