    Probably one of my worst experiences. Cleanliness was below zero with infestation from insects all over the bed and the floor and hair from previous customers all over the bathroom floor. Staff had no remorse about their actions and simply asked us to take the refund.

    The room and decoration was very good.
    The food was not up to the mark. In breakfast the parathas were so bad with no proper filling.

    the spa and salon where great. myself and my husband had massages and I had a wash and blowdry. both great.
    lunch very expensive for what we had. over $130 for pasta, biryani and some chips with 2 drinks. concert on next door with dj playing until after midnight. very loud in our room. rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised and are very basic for the price.

    very very bad experience very disspointed
    i have been to atleast 15 heritage properties in india and this one os the worst
    the hospitality is really very very bad the staff is exceptionally rude and disrespectful. Only the resturant staff was good else others were too bad. I went with my entire family to this hotel for weekend The swimming pool was quiet dirty and was full of chlorine i cant even see anything while swimming my foot got a deep cut in their pool probably there was some glass piece or may b a broken tile the maintenance was zero the safety gaurds who were standing there were of no help we requested them to get a medical aid and they had like 20 years old cotton they didnt even hv bandage after this i requested them to search that sharp piece from pool bcz other guest can get hurt too but surprisingly they just stood their chit chatted and disappeared then after all this drama we went for dinner and my sister in law was bottle feeding her one month old baby and one man from staff came and asked her not to feed in the lobby as its not allowed isnt this too much in that same lobby we drank welcome drink why cant a baby drink milk from his bottle the staff specially the staff are really really terrible very very impolite ill never go to this property again and will never suggest anyone to go a huge huge disappointment
