    Only water which I bought for myself
    The staf behaviour , WiFi is not working , pillow bedsheet towel All are used very dirty, even they are charging for water, shop is also chargeable . Not recommend to stay again

    Booking.com is not transparent on the discount which hotels don't agree. It was uncomfortable stay.
    Nothing apart from the prime location
    Even after paying to Booking.com they charged me additional Rs. 500/- saying its not a fair amount

    Excellent hotel for business class travellers
    Best hotel in Newtown.. excellent rooms. Very good service and the attention from the staff is perfect. The owner of the hotel Abhishek is very friendly and takes care of the needs of guests as his utmost priority. I stayed for 4 days and was completely satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Rooms are exactly as shown in the picture. This is just a premium class hotel for business class travellers at a very good rate. It will definitely be my first preference to stay next time i visit kolkata, no second thoughts about it.

    Infrastructure needs improvement, bathroom lights and geyser was not working, linens needs replacement, they are with patches. Lift was not working. No break fast available.
    The staff members are well behaved. Location is good.
