The cleanliness and variety of spaces to hang out are excellent.
The pool was cold which was disappointing for our kids.

Enjoyable
I loved how clean it was snd how good the staff was, they were all so helpful and friendly, the breakfast was amazing, the swimming pool area was great as well.
The hill you have to walk up from the town and bus stop and the fact there was no free shuttle after August, thats very disappointing and it was not stated very clear on booking.com, really was not happy.

The hosts were super helpful. We were put into a room right next to reception and when asking to be moved we got a great quiet room with a view.
The pool was fabulous.
It was an easy walk to the little town and restaurants.

Location is great, hotel has a nice view and pool. Room was huge with a nice bath and nice appliances. Free parking that isnt guarded but the hotel is in an area that doesnt really need it.
Breakfast couldve been better. Couldve had more vegetables and real fruits- they had mostly canned fruits. Eggs felt like they werent made from real eggs.

Fab location for trips to sorrento and boat trips to Amalfi coast. Private villa but needs updating
Private villa away from main hotel. Plenty of space with two bedrooms both with own bathrooms. Couldnt fault the bedroom at all. Wonderfully clean with beautifully fresh linen. Parking right next to villa.
The kitchen was dirty. Handles came off kitchen drawers constantly. Coffee machine filthy and unusable. Dishwasher didnt work. Not enough sunloungers for 4 guests. Crockery and cutlery and glasses all needed washing before using as so dirty. Shower door very dirty and difficult to open. If bathroom and kitchen was brought up to same standard of the bedrooms then the villa would be superb !

Pleasant enough
The location was very good to visit sant agata and Sorrento is only 15 minutes away.
I had a room on the end where they stored all the cleaning trolleys so that was not a pleasant sight, the view from the window was also part of the where staff worked so I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time as they were walking back and forth. The room also had a loud buzzing noise from I think the lights so that was annoying.
