Fantastic place!
The spaciousness of the suite, huge, like a house. Living room had a grand piano, curtains were all pushbutton operated. Two fantastic bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, every amenity you could wish for. King bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet. 3 tvs, but it was a little awkward having to use 2 separate remotes to get the tv to work, but the staff helped us with that. Went to a concert at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre and it was an elevator ride and short walk from the room, everything was connected. It couldnt have been better. Very pleased with every aspect of this one night stay. Location within sight of the Airport Terminal 3. Breakfast buffet was beyond words, too much to describe with tremendous and varied offerings for every pallet. If you stay here, ensure to get the breakfast included with your stay, you will be happy.

Comfortable place to stay for layover at Manila
Comfortable room and friendly staff. We arrived late at night, we appreciate the availability and the quality of the meals provided by room service.
The temperature of the shower fluctuates; water would suddenly turn hot and then cold from time to time.

Relaxing and wonderful for a nights stay
We stayed at the room with hinoki bath. It was a well designed and arranged room.
The staff were so helpful, they were trained well to be responsive to the needs of the customers.
The hall leading to our room smelled of something dank.

Luxurious comfortable overnight stay for connecting flight
Stayed here overnight for next day flight connection. Next to the airport. Its above Newport World Resorts. You can take the lift directly down to the mall. Very nice Japanese themed hotel. My wife and I were travelling with our 1 yo son. All the staff were very friendly with him. One of the staff even helped my wife change his nappy in the dining toilets. Everyone was generally very nice. We had a late flight the next day and they allowed us late checkout which was really good.
There was a strong air freshner smell throughout the hallways and common areas and malls. Maybe from the casinos?

Our new go to place for staying near the airport.
Proximity to airport, with no noise issues. Great place to recoup after long travel prior to flying off to another island.
Staff is friendly, efficient and so professional at all levels.
Breakfast is superb.
Top floor pool, with bar, gym, and spa facilities are top level.

my room smelled damp for all week i stayed there. the smell was strong. the fellow traveler who stayed one floor back had the same problem.
the room had a large dehumidifier machine, which had to work at full capacity to improve the situation, with the result that there was constant noise in the room.
The pool bar has no substance, the service and the products to be consumed are bad.
The breakfast and the buffet at lunch and dinner tasted bad, while everything looked good .
