    A hotel offering a personal touch, would happily stay again.
    The stand out positive was the super friendly manager who was also hands on and extremely helpful. Easy parking onsite another plus and breakfast offered lots of choice. Mattress very comfortable.
    A second pillow on the beds would have been useful.

    Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee available downstairs. Clean
    The shower, bathroom, etc. were outdated and definitely needs a refresh. Water did smell strongly of sulfur but I think that's common to Iceland.

    Great last night stay, great for rental car people
    We had rented a car, so this location worked well for our last night in Iceland. No city noise. If ypu don't have a car, they do have public transport around, but it takes a while. Nothing is really in walking distance from here because of the expressways. However. Staff was extremely kind, hotel is clean, they have an elevator to get to higher floors with luggage. Also, free parking. Breakfast was the usual spread of meat, cheese, danishes, hard boiled eggs, toast, jams, assortment of teas and coffee. Also have juice.
    We rented a family room to sleep 3. It had a loft with two twin beds and the bottom floor also has 2 twin beds. The bottom beds are separated. If you want to sleep with your spouse you may want to look into other options. I didn't have an issue with this personally. Just a heads up. Also, getting around with all our luggage in the room was tricky. We were there in Nov. So had packed lots of winter clothes. It was like playing tetris. But we figured it out.

    Lovely hotel, great staff, not far from the centre approx 20 mins walk, staff made us feel very comfortable, fresh cakes with tea and coffee everyday in the lounge.

    The staff were really nice,Helped us out on a few occasions.
    Breakfast was good and they gave us an early breakfast on day of departure which we appreciated. Clean ,comfortable room. All day free coffee , free cake at 4pm which was a lovely touch.

    Perfect location, close to the town center and the starting points of guieded tours. The stuff are very helpful. The rooms are clean. Afternoons hot coffee, tea and cake.

    Acceptable onlt due to location, if you have a rental car, stay somewhere else.
    Location is great, close to a food court and mini marts.
    Rooms were too small and the bathroom fixture were old and dirty

    We got ourselves a cup of coffee in the evening and there where old coffe that hasn't been washed out . Even small bits of something. The beds have no mattress just the bed itself. It was a cold draft from the bedroom making the room very cold
