    Staff was nice . Spacious lobby but no amenities
    Very old furniture with worn out room. Location was terrible. Tub was dangerous to come out of. No room. Television was too old. Not at all the standard that was charged.

    Really noisy in early mornings , hard to have a good long sleep . Cleaners making too much noise , trolley really noisy , drunk clients making noise during the last night not being stopped The suite is located next to the service room cleaners were constantly filling water behind our bed in the morning and we could hear everything

    Loud humming noise in rooms means no sleep.
    It had a nice entrance. But the hotel is located on an industrial estate.
    In the room (103) there was a loud humming noise, potentially from the air conditioning. We reported it to Reception and they came and looked and said they would get somebody to look, after 30 minutes of no response and trying to get to sleep, I went to ask to change rooms. I was taken to another room and there was again a loud humming noise, potentially coming from a different place! So there was no point moving. I complained at the time that I had paid a lot of money and this was not good enough, but the person did nothing. I went to bed with tissue paper in my ears, but didnt really sleep. Exhausted the next morning, I told people at Reception and no one did anything, no offer of even a complimentary breakfast. Like I mentioned, I paid a lot and I did not rest. Better to have booked somewhere else. Also worth noting that I was awake early, from the humming, I looked in the gym to use, only to see the running machine broken and tired equipment - there was really no point staying so we left early. Furthermore, you will need a car as hotel is miles from the city too, takes at least 20 minutes. For what we paid, I was disappointed with the experience and would not come again.

    Hotel is outside city. There are limited transport and no shop around. We must be aware of it.
