    Why hotel is charging 3500rs i dont know.its a waste of money to stay at the property
    Apart from weather nothing is there at properties to like.
    1.no bathroom kit provided by hotel management. 2.breakfast was included @200rs per person and they offered bread butter only so we have canceled the breakfast and took the money back. 3. No hot water 4. Room was not cleaned 5. If you want to contact hotel boy than u have to call a mobile number and no one knows when u will get the response on the call. 6.parking space is also not good 7.bed is not at all comfortable

    The staff are amazing, Food is good, Room is clean. All round great service and nicely located
    My only thing was the WiFi wasn't working when I was there but the staff were amazing and gave me a dongle so I could stay connected.

    The hotel is centrally located.The rooms are super clean.The food tastes great. Must try- steamed dumplings, chicken dishes, Fish curry,and brownie with Icecream. You should not miss the massage here. She was the best.ousekeeping was on point. The staff at reception were very welcoming.
    Nothing as such . but as the hotel is centrally located, it has limited parking space avaiable and no driver accomodation whereas the Polo orchid in cherapunjee has ample parking space and provide driver accomodation as well.
