    Breakfast was great, with a fantastic view. Staff were very helpful and kind. Location was good, but not super close to the centre of town.
    There wasnt a tea/coffee set up in the room, but we received a kettle when we asked, which was very helpful given we needed it for our childs formula, etc.

    Its only positive quality is that it was located higher up the mountain, above the central tourist area.
    The description of this hotel as four stars is way off the mark. it is overpriced, dirty, old, tired looking and not very comfortable. The terrace restaurant was unappealing as there was pigeon poop all over the floor. The same was true of the small terrace/balcony attached to our room. It did not seem like our balcony floor had been swept or washed in a very long time certainly not during the four nights we spent there. It took two days for them to replace a dead light bulb in our room. We stayed at one other four star hotel during our five week trip and it was in a different class. POsa POsa is more accurately described as two stars in our opinion.

    Absolutely perfect
    The hotel is beautiful and the location is great with a view that is indescribable. The Mirage Restaurant is excellent and the breakfast buffet is perfect. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Guilio at the front desk is wonderful. He will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and hell you with anything you need. I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely go back.

    Maria & Julianno made you feel like family.
    Pillows were not fluffy and shower was very small but it was very clean.

    Great location with a bunch of really great restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away.
    In the perfect location! A little outdated, but everything was really clean
    The room was a little outdated and the partial view room really didnt have a view of the water at all, but it was still really nice.

    Tired hotel, difficult staff, poor room quality, pool area is wasted potential. Not a four star hotel.
    Located near a few good eateries. Has a decent view.
    Pool was constantly filthy - never properly cleaned. Damaged Cigarette butts around the pool area Cracked tiles around the pool area. Dirty upstairs pool area No love or care for the pool area No toilets near pool Unable to get drinks or food in pool area. Hotel overall was tired, damaged and worn out. Room lacks facilities, power switches broken, bath broken. Staff have an attitude - never do anything with a smile. Always argue or moan. Hotel room not properly cleaned most days. Any nest outside room making sitting outside difficult. Manager of hotel was rude to wife and treated her like she didn't matter. No bar menu with light meals or sandwiches. What we did try was very average. Hotel needs serious investment. It is very very tired and other hotels in the area know it. It doesn't have a good reputation. It's tired, poorly maintained, staff don't care for customers, don't look after long staying guests. Hotel is not deserving of four stars - two at best given it's condition and staff issues.
