    This place is a guest house, not a hotel. They provide very limited service and hospitality. The lobby was quite seedy with all these men always hanging around. Overall, the place has no pleasant vibes. Staff was disorganized and not particularly welcoming. They seemed to be caring only about getting extra money in all possible ways (trying to upsell room upgrades, tours, overpriced airport transfer, extra charge for heaters so Im not sure they would also charge extra if you have to use AC in summer?). Bathroom was quite shabby. Even if the property is relatively new, it looks neglected.
    Location is very convenient, all major sights within walking distance.

    Excellent stay
    This property is clean and comfortable. Location is great near major attractions and local shops. The roof top Resturant is amazing, they make healthy and best food in khajuraho on demand, open all day. This hotel also offers various sightseeing plans, taxi at a very reasonable rate. Laundry services were great as well. Hotel staff was very caring and took care of all our requirements.
    Everything was good.

    A comfortable bed in a rustic accommodation.
    Well located a 15 minute walk to the west complex of temples. Spacious rooms with nice light and nice view. Attentive and eager to please staff. Comfortable beds and effective A/C.
    The building, although apparently new, is unfinished and neglected. Common facilities and guest rooms were not thoughtfully appointed, particularly with the type of amenities that appeal to foreign travellers.

    Comfortable stay, but could be cleaner.
    We liked that the room and bathroom were spacious, and both floors were clean. The location was convenient too. We could walk to nearby restaurants and the temple sites.
    The toilet bowl had stains and wasn't cleaned before we checked in. The foot rug by the bed felt dirty. The bathroom has no ventilation or exhaust, and there were a few gaping holes, probably meant for some bathroom fittings. The cupboard was dusty, so we hesitated to place anything in it. They have a restaurant, but only at a few specific times. When we wanted food around 2pm or 11am, nothing was available.
