    Beautiful location and first class staff Accessible hotel for a relaxing holiday with family
    Accessibility was key for our stay. The adapted room was almost perfect. To make it perfect, the complimentary toiletries need to be in reach of the shower seat, and a mop left available for a carer to dry the wet room floor. The public areas are almost perfect. To make it perfect, there needs to be an additional ramp, so that all seating is accessible for meals. If the terrace is full, there is nowhere accessible for a guest using a stroller to assist walking .

    The most dreamy stay for our honeymoon
    Our stay was absolutely faultless. Its a gem of the town and the island. The room was clean tidy and had all the facilities we needed, the staff are super tentative and friendly but never over bearing. The breakfast was always full and vegan options were also brilliant. The pool are was always clean and a super relaxing vibe (The comfiest sun loungers ever)

    Location location on the beach short walk to Santa Eulalia
    The staff - the most unfriendly of any hotel we have stayed on the island. The event that was happening took all the attention away from paying hotel guest , the quality of the food , also was completely different. Breakfast was poor the quality and the choice not 4*

    Service was very good. All staff were friendly and professional. Fantastic location, right by the beach. Lovely atmosphere. It looks good. No problem getting sun beds. Wish we had paid up for a sea view.
    Rooms are only just big enough. Not a lot of space for your clothes. Lighting not great for getting ready to go out.
