    Very friendly and helpful staff. As we arrived from India the day before they helped us with getting a SIM card and bus tickets. Central location in Butwal, so everything necessary (ATMs, restaurants, shops, buses, etc.) in close proximity.
    Rooms are not very cozy and cleanliness could be better.

    Super friendly but fairly rundown budget hotel.
    The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location in a quiet side street off Butwal's main avenue. Thankfully the AC and fan worked well on the scorching day I was there. The room was pretty big with seating area and table.
    Could have been cleaner, the window sills were extremely dirty, the bed linen and pillowcases were not cleaned, trashcan was not emptied and the room looked run down.
